Making a booking with Telford House either in writing, email, telephone or any other means shall indicate your acceptance of these terms.

When making a booking for room(s), we will require relevant contact details, including name, postal and email address and telephone number. Bookings may be subject to a deposit or the full amount for a one or two night stay. Any deposits are non-refundable.

Check in times are by arrangement, but please contact us if your arrangements change. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience howsoever caused if you fail to advise us of changes to arrival times. Check out time is usually by 10am, or by prior arrangement.

All accounts are to be settled on arrival.

Liability

We do not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to any cash, money or jewellery or other articles of value, including pets, animals, luggage or cars (and items within them), unless the damage is proven to be negligence on the part of Telford House.

In no event will Telford House be liable for any loss or damages, including without limit, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Website.
